3. Confidentiality: Protecting the confidentiality of all your information is our top priority. No information will be shared with third parties without permission.
4. Fees and Payment: The prescribed fees for the service must be paid according to the invoice. Services may be suspended for outstanding bills.

ম্যাকস অ্যাকাউন্টেন্সি-র রিফান্ড পলিসি নিম্নরূপ:
১. সেবার কাজের ধরন অনুযায়ী আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি। তবে একবার কাজ শুরু হয়ে গেলে বা সরকারি কোনো ফি জমা হয়ে গেলে তা অফেরতযোগ্য।
২. যদি কোনো সেবার ক্ষেত্রে আমরা প্রতিশ্রুতি রক্ষায় ব্যর্থ হই, তবে আলোচনার ভিত্তিতে আংশিক বা পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হতে পারে।
৩. রিফান্ডের আবেদন কাজ শুরুর ৭ দিনের মধ্যে করতে হবে। পরবর্তী আবেদনগুলো গ্রহণযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।

Refund Policy
The refund policy of Macs Accountancy is as follows:
1. We strive for excellence based on the nature of the service. However, once work has commenced or any government fees have been paid, they are non-refundable.
2. If we fail to meet our commitments regarding any service, a partial or full refund may be issued based on mutual discussion.
3. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the commencement of work. Subsequent requests may not be acceptable.
